This Web Portal Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between Portal Users and ADC Service Hub Private Limited regarding the use of this portal for the purpose of providing services to customers.
The use of the services on this portal (presently www.adcmoney.com and other portals where agents are enabled to use services) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use. By using our services, you accept this Agreement; if you do not agree, please discontinue use of the portal.
1. Definitions
"Agreement" means these terms and conditions as detailed herein, including all schedules, shipping policy, privacy policy, disclaimers and any future modifications. "Portal Users" means an agent/operator having a user ID provided by this portal. "Wallet" means a prepaid B2B virtual account available with an agent where the amount received from Portal Users is parked and adjusted against service usage — an arrangement between the agent and ADC Service Hub Private Limited, and only an efficient way of payment by agents. It is not used by end customers or third parties in any given circumstance. "Customer/Buyer" means individuals or entities purchasing products or services through the platform.
2. Eligibility
By using this portal, you represent that you have the legal competence to enter into a binding agreement and the appropriate authority to do so. The site cannot be used by those unable to contract under applicable laws.
3. Terms of Use
On the website (presently www.adcmoney.com and other sites providing services through it), ADC Service Hub Private Limited makes available to Portal Users the services on the portal after completing registration formalities. Portal Users deposit an initial amount in an account maintained by ADC Service Hub Private Limited, which maintains a separate bank account for amounts collected from Portal Users; this is always reflected in a virtual counter/wallet shown on the portal. A Portal User can deliver services to citizens on a cash basis, up to the amount remaining in their virtual wallet. On receiving cash from an end customer, a Portal User issues a receipt and intimates ADC Service Hub Private Limited, which then deducts the designated amount from the Portal User's wallet for service delivery and remits the agreed amount to the relevant service provider after verification. Use of the services/wallet/portal is limited to users authorized by ADC Service Hub Private Limited. In no case will balance in a Portal User's account be refunded; if unused for 2 years, the amount may be forfeited. Wallet top-ups are available via direct bank transfer and online debit/credit card/net banking, subject to charges published by the respective payment gateway, which may vary from time to time.
4. Term of Agreement / Service
Services continue while users access the platform. Either party may terminate at any time, with or without cause. ADC Service Hub Private Limited specifically reserves the right to terminate access at any time, without notice.
5. Modification of Terms
ADC Service Hub Private Limited may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Notice of modifications may be given by posting on the portal, by electronic mail, or by conventional mail. Continued use of the portal after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Information provided via the portal is for reference only and is not a definite pledge — details such as delivery dates, prices and availability are non-binding and subject to change.
6. Electronic Communication
We communicate with you via email or postings on the site. Transactions are undertaken at your sole risk, and you must provide accurate information. The platform follows a strict verification policy and may request supporting documentation; delivery/registration addresses must be accurate.
7. Credit Card Details
If you use a credit or debit card on the platform, you guarantee that the information provided is correct and accurate and that you are lawfully entitled to use the card. Card details are not shared with third parties except as required by law.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders may be cancelled for reasons including unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days via the original payment method.
